Can you think of something Polish to put in your underwear? Gregg Homme did! Their latest "product shot" model Christopher Nogiec (with his Polish roots) has just been named one of the 50 sexiest men alive by DNA Australian Magazine.

Are you a Thong, Briefs or Boxer Briefs type? [CN] - Boxer briefs, but nice pair of briefs when going out or for a special occasion.
What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning ? [CN] - Go running, then make coffee! I know, wrong order, right???
Are you single? [CN] - Yes
What is your # 1 rule to staying in shape? [CN] - Consistency: workout, run, and eat well
If you could change one part of your body, which would it be or why? [CN] - Hair color and freckles—I never get cast/picked for the dark, sultry, sexy look. I’m not tall, dark, and handsome. Do you think that translucent underwear could change your life? [CN] - Yes, for one, it feels like I’m not wearing any underwear, and that feels good. Also, it feels sexy, even when no one can see my underwear. When I feel sexy, I feel it emanates and makes me look sexy to others. Haha, as cheesy as that sounds, I definitely throw on a sexy pair of underwear before going out to make me feel sexier and hopefully more attractive. What is one food you couldn't live without... [CN] - Milk: I love milk, cheese, and well, that’s where my whey protein comes from. What is your favourite workout song? [CN] - Hmm… there are so many and it always changes…basically, anything with a good beat that makes me move/dance a little between sets. LOL! I kind of like the Kevin Rudolf “let it rock” song, The Roots “The Seed 2.0,” and Fort Minor “Remember The Name”… stuff like that or even “Telephone” by Lady Gaga/Beyonce. What's your favorite song to get down and dirty? [CN] - Hmm… what’s my favorite “baby making music?” Anything with a good R&B beat or dark and sexy: 1. John Legend “Green Light” 2. Janet “All night (Don’t Stop)” or “That’s the way love goes” 3. Britney “Breathe On Me” 4. Tweet “Oops” 5. Madonna “Burning Up” or “Justify My Love” 6. Kyle Minogue “Slow” Oh, wait, did you just want one song? I think I get carried away… What is your biggest turn on? [CN] - Confidence What is your favorite Gregg Homme style to model? [CN] - That’s a tough one...they all felt really comfortable when modeling them. But, I think I like either the Bandito or the Torrid best!
"In With The Old" - out with the twinks?

"The twink thing seems over, when people open GQ, I don’t want them to feel like they’re looking at clothes on 16-year-olds.”
IN WITH THE OLD A boyish image is being overtaken by a more mature and rugged look.
The model Chris Winter, left, has the boyish look favored recently, while Doug Porter reflects the new manly trend.

Alligator Feeding Frenzy In Georgia
The Okefenokee Swamp at Stephen C. Foster State Park in southern Georgia, is the site of the latest reported alligator feeding frenzy. Approximately 300 alligators cooperatively hunted in a narrow canal while boaters looked on. Is it an odd occurrence, or a normal phenomenon?
CNN reports that a boater at Stephen C. Foster State Park shot some astounding video footage of an apparent alligator feeding frenzy at Okefenokee Swamp. Roughly 300 alligators cooperated to catch a large population of mudfish. In spite of the huge number of feeding alligators, the boaters nevertheless went onto the water. Wildlife officials at the state park state that "the waters are safe for boaters."
Odd Occurrence at Stephen C. Foster State Park?
It is worthwhile to remember that the 402,000 acres of Stephen C. Foster State Park are home to about 12,000 alligators. Park officials warn that pets are forbidden to ride in boats, and children should stay away from the water's edge to avoid alligator attacks. Where this many alligators live, it should not be surprising to see some of them. Are 300 at one time in the same vicinity, therefore, unusual?

What I'll Miss About Blockbuster
The chain's demise is now nearly certain, but one film lover explains why that isn't all good news. It's too soon to call it an end of an era, but Blockbuster Video's troubles make it tempting. Between the company's presence on a Wall St. 24/7 List of "10 Brands That May Disappear in 2011" and the company's bizarre de-listing from the New York Stock Exchange this week (based on internal shenanigans that shareholders are trying to get to the bottom of), the company has what one might call a Wall Street image problem. And that's on top of the other, more general, more daunting problem it's been coping with for about five years now, which we've written about before and will call, for lack of a nicer phrase, The Stench of Death. Which '90210' Hunk Turns Out to Be Gay?
Earlier this summer, The CW announced that on the new season of 90210 it would be revealed that one of its three leading men would be gay: The three in question are Liam (Matt Lanter), Navid (Michael Steger) and Teddy (Trevor Donovan). Now Entertainment Tonight talks to two of the guys to get their take.
"It is going to happen," Trevor tells ET, at the same time denying that he knows which of the hotties it is going to be. "I would be flattered if [it was me]. What a great chance to use your acting chops a little bit to dive into a different kind of character. That is why we do this."
Michael adds, "They are approaching it with respect. I know Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) had an experimentation phase last year, but this year they are going to go the full arc and take it seriously. Not that they weren't last year, but it is going to be a shock."

A&E TV Channel Wants to Out Gay Celebs
Howard Bragman, the veteran Hollywood publicist and founder of agency Fifteen minutes, had sold a one-time reality TV special to A&E, he confirmed to PRNewser today.
Bragman, who has helped a number of clients "come out" including Chaz Bono and Meredith Baxter, will focus the show on just that. Naturally, the title of the show as of press time is Coming Out, and will feature well known figures coming out of the closet.
"I'm the guy people come to when they want to come out, it's something I've done for twenty years," Bragman told PRNewser today. So how did the idea come about? Bragman said that he was approached by some producers who told him the topic could make for an interesting show. He teamed up with producers JUMA Entertainment and A&E bought the show as a one time special, which is scheduled to air sometime in the fourth quarter of 2010.
"We're in casting right now," said Bragman, "looking for the best stories." When asked if he would feature his clients on the show, Bragman left that open as a possibility, but also said that it is not a requirement for appearing on the show. I've been approached multiple times to do reality shows," he said. "And what I don't want to be is that screaming publicist who is yelling because he doesn't like Paris Hilton's table maid at an event...you know how they like to portray publicists in Hollywood. This is the first chance I had to do something that I found empowering and that could change the world a little."

New York Counterfeit Condom Bust
When it comes to counterfeit smuggling rings, the images that come to mind are generally knock-off handbags or ''Rolox'' watches sold on street corners. It might be time to conjure up a new image, one that has less to do with fashion houses and more to do with sexually transmitted diseases and HIV.
Earlier this summer The New York Times reported that brothers Lin F. Hu and Jian Lin Hu pleaded guilty to smuggling into the United States counterfeit items such as bags, clothes and sunglasses, from China. According to the Times, the counterfeit smuggling ring made millions from selling the items with Disney, Nike and North Face brand names among them. Nothing out of the ordinary there.
But these rogue entrepreneurs were also holding half a million counterfeit condoms, packaged as Trojan brand condoms and lubricated with vegetable oil. Though the Hu siblings did not admit to taking part in smuggling the condoms, the find is evidence that there must be a market for fake prophylactics.
Robert Nardoza, public affairs officer for the United States Attorney's Office Eastern District of New York, said he believes some of those condoms may have made it to the market, but he could not comment further on such details as to where and when.

Are you at risk for Hepatitis C?
In general, men who have sex with men don't have the highest risk of contracting Hepatitis C; but, according to health researchers, getting HCV is "all about sharing."
Of the three Hepatitis infections, C is the most deadly. Plus, it can't be cured. Hepatitis attacks the liver and 80 percent of people with the virus have no symptoms. Hep C's number one risk group are intravenous drug users. Still, gay men that don't inject should be on guard since HCV travels through blood transfer.
If You Like Rimming, You Need To Know This!
What puts you at risk?
Rob Gair of Canada's Heath Initiative For Men said in a panel presentation at the XVIII International AIDS Conference that oral and semen exchange aren't the main culprits. Men who have sex with men increase their risk when they share unprotected sex partners.
Having certain types of sex such as rough sex that causes anal bleeding, using drugs during sex, barebacking with multiple partners, topping multiple partners without using separate condoms, or fisting with shared gloves and lubes can open doors for HCV.

Are 98% of Vatican priests gay?
Panorama, an Italian magazine owned by Italy’s Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, has just released an undercover investigation on the secret night lives of gay Vatican priests.
The story, “Le notti brave dei preti gay” (The good nights of gay priests), follows priests who party with male escorts, have homosexual relationships with casual partners, flirt with men online, and frequent gay nightspots.
For 20 days reporter Carmelo Abbate followed a “gay tour guide” around Rome in search of misbehaving priests. With a hidden camera he caught a French priest wearing his collar and no pants at a party with male escorts. The same priest was then caught entwined with Abbate’s gay guide. Several other priests were also filmed kissing the guide. Abbate then witnessed the same pants-less priest give mass in the morning before taking the male escorts to the airport.
One priest even told Abbate’s gay tour guide that as many as 98% of Vatican priests are homosexual. The priest then lead the tour guide back to his apartment for a casual sexual encounter.

Elton John: 'So what's the fuck up with these people?'

"We are all very pleased to be playing in Arizona. I have read that some of the artists won't come here. They are fuckwits! Let's face it: I still play in California, and as a gay man I have no legal rights whatsoever. So what's the fuck up with these people?" - Elton John, speaking from the stage at Thursday's concert in TucsonThe 63-year-old singer-songwriter drew the ire of gay rights groups last month when he accepted a $1 million paycheck for performing at the wedding of Rush Limbaugh, who has a long track record of demeaning minorities, including the LGBT community. John entered a civil partnership in the UK with filmmaker David Furnish in 2005.

Ted Haggard: 'I Over-Repented' For My Meth-Gay Prostitute 'Crisis'
Rev. Ted Haggard has been leading his own new church for the past few months, and in a Wall Street Journal profile says he thinks he "over-repented" for an affair with a male prostitute, which he refers to as "my crisis." He also insists he's not gay -- and that his affair was just a massage gone wrong.
The profile describes Haggard's new backyard barn church, which features bags of cement and a pulpit made of buckets.
Haggard, who announced his new St. James Church in June, told the Journal:
"Tiger Woods needs to golf. Michael Vick needs to be playing football. Ted Haggard needs to be leading a church."Haggard was founder and leader of the powerful evangelical New Life Church, before he was forced to resign in 2006 after he admitted to buying meth from a male prostitute, with whom he also had an affair. As recently as November 2008, Haggard's former friends in the New Life church expressed skepticism regarding Haggard's ability to lead, releasing a statement saying that "we cannot endorse his return to vocational ministry."
Review: Stonewall Uprising

"It was the Rosa Parks moment," says one man. June 28, 1969: NYC police raid a Greenwich Village Mafia-run gay bar, The Stonewall Inn. For the first time, patrons refuse to be led into paddy wagons, setting off a 3-day riot that launches the Gay Rights Movement.
Told by Stonewall patrons, reporters and the cop who led the raid, Stonewall Uprising recalls the bad old days when psychoanalysts equated homosexuality with mental illness and advised aversion therapy, and even lobotomies; public service announcements warned youngsters against predatory homosexuals; and police entrapment was rampant. At the height of this oppression, the cops raid Stonewall, triggering nights of pandemonium with tear gas, billy clubs and a small army of tactical police. The rest is history. Oldest Gay Bar in the US Set To Close It's Doors
The Cedar Brook Cafe, located in Westport, Connecticut, and reputed to be the oldest gay bar in the United States, is scheduled to shut its doors later this month after 71 years. Clem Bellairs, who has owned the club for 12 years, said his reasons for closing the Cedar Brook were financial.
"The landlord died, and the people who bought it doubled my rent," he said. "I can't afford it anymore."
Bellairs, 57, bought the club in 1998 after going there since he was 21.
"It was closing down, and they were going to turn it into a strip mall," he said. "I wanted to see it stay alive."
Dan Woog, author of School's Out: The Impact of Gay and Lesbian Issues on America's Schools, said the Cedar Brook has played an important role within the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community for many years.
"In the early days, when bars were the only place gay people could congregate, it was a refuge," he said. "In the 1970s, when gay people came out more publicly, it was the center of Fairfield County gay life. In the 1980s, when more women started going, it helped bring the gay and lesbian communities closer together. Always, it was a rite of passage for young people -- for many, their first introduction to the gay community."But Woog said the club was important to more than just the LGBT community. "When it closes, there will be one less club in Fairfield County," he said. "So it's a loss for anyone, gay or straight, and one more indication of the dwindling night life in this area." Woog described his first experience at the Cedar Brook as "eye-opening." "For a long time, the Brook had a mystique for gay teenagers growing up in Westport," he said. "You wanted to know what it was like inside, but you didn't want anyone to know you wanted to know. I saw so many people having a great time, being themselves. I never knew there were so many gay people in Fairfield County!" Recently, the club has become a social gathering place not just for the gay community, but also for racial minorities, according to Bellairs. "Racial minorities are having a hard time being accepted, so it's a safe haven for them," said Bellairs. "It's Latin night every night." Bellairs described the atmosphere of the Cedar Brook as "comfortable." "There were never security incidents," he said. "It had a very homey atmosphere." Erik Anderson, 24, of Norwalk, said that the Cedar Brook was "not your typical gay bar." "It's got a lot of character to it; it's very unique," said Anderson, who has been to the Cedar Brook several times in the past year. "Other bars all kind of have the same feel to it, but the Cedar Brook is very distinct; I know I'm there." Anderson described its closing as "extraordinarily sad." "It's sad to see it go because it means so much to the older generation, and to the newer generation who doesn't really know it as well," he said. "I hope something new comes to the area, but you can't truly replace the Cedar Brook." Bellairs said he is going to miss everyone who used to frequent the Cedar Brook. "They weren't customers, they were friends," he said. "The people who went there were extraordinary." Woog said the Cedar Brook "represented a little bit of gay history, right here in Westport."
"I found it intriguing that for many years, it was located directly across from the State Police barracks (now Walgreens) and that it flourished in suburbia, with no adversity beyond a few homophobic remarks yelled by passing teenagers," he said. "I thought it said a lot about Westport that we had a gay bar here."A closing party featuring local musicians will take place June 26. Admission will be free.
