Kameron Is Bored
I was going to write about some personal stuff on here, but then I thought I'd just spit out some stuff. In light of that, I'm just going to ramble on in this post. This won't be structured properly in accordance with my first edition copy of The Primer. I just needed to put something down on paper (so to speak) to get my mind off life and the rain outside.
Ok, so I've got the final game of the NIT tournament on the television behind me. What is so special about being the best team in the second best tournament in college basketball. No one really remembers who wins this game between Baylor and Penn State after Sunday. It's like bragging about the participation ribbon you got during field day in middle school.
The biggest national headlines at the time of me writing this is not the talks of the G-20 summit, but what gifts the Queen of England and President Obama exchanged. Obama gave the Queen an iPod loaded with pictures and videos of the monarch's visit to my home state durring the 400th anniversary of Jamestown. Her Majesty gave the 44th President a silver picture frame with an autographed picture of herself, which is standard protocol for visiting heads of state. That's not even the biggest story. Apparently the First Lady, after shaking the Queen's hand, went for a hug. The Queen is a rare show of public affection returned it. Show of hands from all those who care...thought so.
I just finished picking my fantasy baseball team. I managed to steal my boy David Wright in the fifth round, so I'm pretty stoked about that. I'll have to trade him to boost my pitching rotation. Good thing I have unlimited trades and don't need comissioner approval.
There was a high speed chase that passed right in front of my house today while I was on the porch watching the rain. The fuck-nut driving away from the police didn't help the amount of rain falling by hitting a fire hydrant on the corner. I swear, some stupid people in this world need to just be gathered together and shot. I'm writing my congressman right now to see if that could be possible legislation.
Is it bad that the hardest part of writing this rant was trying to remember if I should use "effection" or "affection". I used to have the same problem with "to", "too" and "two". So glad I wised up by the third grade.

I was thinking that something happend to you and then I thought oh maybe something happend to uno who. Then I got happy and did a little dance. And now that I read this I see that your only major issue is boredom and that makes me sad. But I am happy that you are ok. So now what you need to do is find that boyfriend of yours and rectify that situation.
Kameron, no disrespect buddy, but I have to give you the prize for the funniest typo of the year: “Apparently the First Lady, after shaving the Queen’s hand. . .” It WAS really rude of the First Lady to pull out a Lady Shick and groom the Queen’s hand, a much worse breech of protocol than the hug. I don’t know why the press hasn’t picked up on it!
And I just made a typo of my own, that should be “breach” of protocol. So now we’re even!

Now that you speak of typo’s here is mine at least it is the only one that I found so far yeah this did have ma a bit worried as well. now I will admit that I am old enough to be Kam’s parent but I would not be his MA. More like a daddy. Oh and VJ did you mean Razor or Raiza Gorbachev and am I missing the joke did someone call her Razor?

I totally meant to write “shaving” lol.
And I wrote this a few days ago…so it wasn’t in response to what UNO-WHO wrote. I have no idea what he is talking about.
Well the typo has now been fixed. I am so glad I documented it though, and I will always remember it fondly.

An English major thing. The word to is used either as a prepositional word in a prepositional phrase such as “to the store.” “To” may be used as an infinitive verb case such as “to run” or “to wrestle.” The infinitive case can also take an auxilary verb such as “have” as in “to have sex.”
“Two,” of course, is a number. “Too” is the superlative case and is used to express the idea of beyond count such as “too few” or This is much too extreme for words.”
Incidentally, having degrees in English does not guarantee that I don’t run afoul of word choice/wrong words errors myself.
