The Meteor has a diverse crowd of middle to upper-middle class patrons. It has a pool room with two tables off to the side of the casual bar. The Casual bar is like the bar on Cheers but oval. The drag queens and sports minded tended to that area. Brent performed on the main stage in the main dance room. In front of the main stage (with the shower,) the seating area was divided into 4 square sections, each with it’s own small square dance platform. Between the main performances, nearly naked dancers, performed for the tips of the people at each of these four squares.
