Taleon Goffney, who appeared with his brother in such gay skin flicks as "Marc and the Twins," was arrested last year after police said they saw the twins breaking into a beauty shop.
He pleaded guilty to two counts each of burglary and criminal conspiracy and was sentenced to three to eight years. Charges including criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of crime were dropped in exchange for his pleas.
Goffney, 27, could have faced up to 40 years in prison if convicted after trial.

"These crimes won’t be happening again."Goffney’s twin brother, Keyontyli Goffney, also is charged and appeared at Wednesday’s hearing, but it was unclear if he planned to negotiate a plea. He’s due back in court Aug. 6. Neither his lawyer, Gerald Stein, nor Assistant District Attorney Caroline Keating immediately returned telephone calls from The Associated Press on Thursday. Keating told the Philadelphia Daily News that Taleon Goffney is sure to serve at least the minimum three years due to his prior criminal record. Goffney’s lawyer, Michael F. Gushue, told the newspaper that his client plans to complete his college education while in prison.
"I think he’s had an epiphany," Gushue said. "He’s a bright young man."The brothers have appeared in Internet porn videos under the names Teyon and Keyon, said Erik Schut, of Philadelphia-based video retailer TLA Entertainment Group. They could have had good careers if they hadn’t gotten into trouble, he said in February.
"They are incredibly good-looking, and being identical twins, it’s a novelty," Schut said then.In "Marc and the Twins," the brothers offer to audition for chiseled porn star Marc Williams in a seedy hotel room and are seen rubbing each other’s chests. Keyontyli Goffney has appeared in porn since at least 2002 and worked as a fashion model, while Taleon Goffney got involved in porn more recently. Taleon Goffney, who police believe is a trained gymnast and karate expert, has used his athleticism to make several daring escapes. He was handcuffed in the back of a moving police cruiser after a 2006 drug arrest in Clementon, N.J., when he broke out the glass with his head and jumped into a lake while still handcuffed, police Chief Dave Kunkel said.
"He swam across like Flipper, taunting the officers, saying, ’You’ll never catch me,’" Kunkel told the Daily News for a story in February.He turned himself in a week later. In January 2007, he jumped 30 feet from the roof of a Camden, N.J., liquor store and swam across the frigid Cooper River before he was caught, police said. The murder trial of Timothy Boham, a.k.a. "Marcus Allen" started today with jury selection in Denver. Boham is accused of the 2006 killing of his former boss, Jon Kelso. Denver Police at the time said Boham intended to rob Kelso, but ended up fatally shooting him. According to The Denver Post, Boham told his family that he killed Kelso because he believed that Kelso kept a lot of money in his household safe. Boham, who is straight but worked "gay for pay", was allegedly robbing Kelso for cash to support his pregnant girlfriend when he accidentally shot him. Boham said his plan to rob Kelso went awry when Kelso refused to open his safe, and there was a brief struggle during which he shot Kelso. Boham apparently confessed the murder to both his sister and mother before attempting to flee to South America. Prior to leaving, he repeatedly returned to Kelso's home to clean it up, in hopes that his fingerprints and DNA wouldn't be discovered.
Boham fled for Mexico, but gave himself up to authorities at the border crossing in Arizona.
In November 2002, Boham appeared on the cover of Freshmen magazine. He was voted "Freshman of the Year" in 2003. Between 2004-2005, Boham made a dozen movies as Marcus Allen with Falcon Entertainment, He was also in "Never Been Touched" by Chi Chi LaRue. A 24-year-old former porn star from our network site, SouthernStrokes.com pleaded not guilty to five counts of capital murder on Tuesday. Scott Abbott, who goes by the stage name Joe has been accused in a March 7, 2009 quadruple murder case near Birmingham, Alabama.
He is claiming innocence in the deaths of William Chad Gilbert, 31; Jeri Lynn Cole, 27; Nika Sandlin, 24; and Joshua Gilleo, 26.
Abbott faces one count of capital murder for killing more than one person and another four counts for killing each of the four victims after breaking into the home.
Hueytown, Alabama police believe that his relationship with a female gone bad drove Abbott to break into a house and stab to death the four people inside. One of the victims, authorities claimed, was Abbott's ex-girlfriend. Authorities said Abbott had lived at the house with Gilbert, Sandlin and Cole until two weeks before the murders.
When police arrived at the house they found all four victims with multiple stab wounds. Police arrested Abbott on the day of the murders in Gadsden, Alabama where he showed up at a hospital with stab or slash wounds to his left arm and hand, an arrest affidavit discloses.
