Man Sexually Assaults 15 year Old Boy He Met On Grindr

Grindr is an application that if you told a homosexual in the 1950s would one day exist, would probably fall over and die of a heart attack. Unlock your phone, click an icon, Grindr finds your location, and then shows you where other Grindr users around you. The purpose of the application? For gay, bi sexual, and curious men to hookup. Turns out that in Vancouver a 54 year old guy, and a 15 year old kid, got together via the application and things didn’t quite turn out so well. Police don’t exactly go into details, but the older gentleman was apprehended and charged with sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching and sexual assault. The application isn’t exactly shy about what it’s supposed to be used for. “Start chatting with local guys in seconds. The go-to place for gay, bi, and curious guys to meet, the location-based Grindr is free, fast, and fun. Simply launch Grindr to see local guys (the closest appear first) and view pictures, stats, and map locations at a tap.” That being said, when you’re 54 years old you should kind of know better than to attempt to get into the pants of a random 15 year old boy you meet off the internet. You’d have a much better chance at getting your fix of chocolate starfish by joining the Catholic Church.

Rapist Used 'gay' Front To Lull Victims

An Ohio man convicted of raping three women gained the trust of his victims by telling them he was their "gay best friend," investigators say. Robert Williams, 26, was found guilty this week in Cincinnati and faces up to 40 years in prison, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported. Police are looking for other victims. Investigators say Williams spent months building a relationship with his victims, talking to them about religion and in one case even offering to loan a woman money. Then he would get them into his home and sexually assault them. "I use the analogy of the spider and the web," Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor Katie Burroughs said. "He weaved intricate lies about who he was and what he was. Once the women became ensnared, he pounced." In one case, targeting a 17-year-old, Williams was apparently not willing to work slowly He told the teenager he could help her become a model, promising she would meet a photographer at his house. Williams was arrested when the teen reported the rape to police.

Faces Sex Abuse Charges

Douglas Cavett, 43, of Milton, Vermont was arrested Wednesday by detectives from the Chittenden Police Department after the alleged victim came forward with the allegations of sexual abuse, police said. Cavett was silent during the arraignment in Burlington District Court on Thursday. His lawyer pleaded not guilty on Cavett's behalf to three counts of aggravated sexual assault. The charges collectively carry a maximum penalty of life in prison.  Click To Read Court Affidavit In Molestation Case The accuser, now 28, told police Cavett molested him in 1991 when Cavett was a teacher's aide at Hunt Middle School in Burlington. He reported over 100 incidents of sex with Cavett between 1991 and 1997, police said. The accuser also told police he believes there could be other victims because Cavett hosted many parties at his home in Milton, police said. The accuser also told police young teen boys were given alcohol and marijuana at the parties, police said. According to police, Cavett was convicted in 2004 on two counts of "improper touching" of a 17-year-old boy. He served 30 days, according to police. Teenagers Make Porn Video

Ten teenagers from the Florida Keys were charged Wednesday with making child pornography after detectives confiscated a videotape of a 16-year-old runaway girl having sex with a 19-year-old man as another man is ''directing,'' according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office. Seven other teens made comments about ''making a porn'' as they watched the taping for an hour, a detective's report said. ''This is not some minor kid's thing,'' Monroe County Sheriff Bob Peryam said. ``While it may seem like innocent fun to some, it's a horrible situation. These are felony offenses that can follow these teenagers for the rest of their lives.'' The case came to light when a 14-year-old runaway told a school resource officer that she was worried her friend -- the girl having sex on the tape -- had been raped. That triggered a Monroe County Sheriff's Office investigation and the arrest of the four adults and six juveniles. The girl having sex on the tape told investigators she had not been raped. The tape was still in the recorder when the mother of one of the participants gave it to the sheriff's office on March 23, a day after the videotaping took place in her home in Key Largo. ''I explained the allegations to her and told her how important it was for me to recover the tape as soon as possible to prevent its duplication,'' Detective Linda Mixon, who works in the Crimes Against Women and Children's Unit, wrote in her report. ``She was not aware of the tape but went into her son's room and retrieved his Canon video recorder and charger.'' Peryam said the charges would have been much more severe had the videotape been duplicated, distributed or put on the Internet. ''We don't know what the intent was,'' Peryam said. ``But bottom line is it's a crime for people that age to photograph and videotape themselves having sex. Then it becomes child pornography.'' The taping happened March 22, when a group of 10 friends -- seven boys and three girls age 13 to 19 -- gathered at the Key Largo apartment.   Read full story here

Really A Shameless Party!

While I was away for Spring Break I missed all the juicy shit about this year's GayVN Awards out in San Francisco. Thanks to the sweet boys at The Sword I understand everyone got a live broadcast to watch the whole show streamed live and judging from the over 200 plus comments on the GayVN Awards Report article you guys really put your voices to work. I think Just One Hot Minute scored the most comments for any blog post about the Awards! Kudos to The Sword for the feed and a job well done getting the stream live to all the viewers world-wide who stayed out of the way of this year's most talked about neck slashing event. You could say that the drama started last year when porn producers Raging Stallion released the film that ended up sweeping the night's awards, their glossy controversial porn noir "To The Last Man" walked away with over a dozen awards. When "To The Last Man" was released, it was highly criticized for the graphic violence depicted in the cowboy drama, making it a veritable gay porn Deadwood. It's throat-slashings, hangings, and various murders mixed with sex got it called a "snuff film" while others praised it for high production values and attention to plot -- an unflinching portrayal of murderous characters, just like in Hollywood films -- but with sex. Earlier that day, Michael Lucas had made it his mission to top Brent Corrigan and get Corrigan off the list of presenters. Despite the strange fact that Lucas had negotiated with Corrigan in 2006 to perform in one of his films and recently visited J1HM and took a good look at MJ Taylor's The Big Easy article and was so kind to drop his two cents in the comment board and didn't fuss about Brent Boy then. Although he did say, "see you guys in SF in a couple weeks." At around 4:00 PM Lucas Twittered, "I just had Brent Corrigan kicked out of the GayVN Awards tonight... that criminal brat has put too many in this industry at risk already." But Lucas was unsuccessful, and it was the beginning of a long, angry night.

 

The onstage explosion he made was just plain grandstanding in my opinion. Michael needs to get his prescription medication changed if he is going to drink all the booze and hang out with that crazy bunch of "pump-him-up queens" he works with. At the after party, stories conflict about the events as they unfolded, but there was some sort of confrontation between Lucas and Corrigan's boyfriend, prompting Lucas after the party to call the SFPD to Corrigan's hotel room not once, but twice. Corrigan's boyfriend ended up in the hallway in cuffs, but no arrest has been reported as of NOW.

Sister Roma dropped the question on Mason Wyler about all that crazy shit he told everyone online about getting raped by an army captain last year. And can you believe after 8 months he still thinks people fell for that bullshit story? Many bloggers accused Mason of fabricating the story for press. Mason may be as much of an attention whore as he is a cock whore, but the people at The Sword never "doubted his story." Wanted Fugitive (Gay Bars)

Have you seen this guy in your local gay bar? The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office added a special bulletin to its Web site today about escaped child rapist Adrian Cruz, displaying more photos of Cruz in the hopes someone will spot him. Scroll down to see the new pictures. As you'll recall, Cruz was the guy who slipped past inattentive deputies at the Superior Court last month while awaiting a hearing on sexual misconduct charges. At the time, he was already serving a life sentence in prison for having sex with -- and impregnating -- a 9-year-old. Cruz, a former ice-cream truck driver, is believed to be "frequenting gay-friendly establishment and day-labor sites," the sheriff's Web site states. Here's what one sheriff's official told KTAR news (92.3 FM):

"Since he's been in custody with the department of corrections, he has somewhat changed his sexual orientation," said Deputy Doug Matteson with MCSO.

"It's not necessarily that he doesn't prefer one over the other - he wants to get his sexual appetite fed any way he can. So it doesn't matter whether he'll take women, men or young girls."

More on Mason

You guys must think that I'm Mason Wyler's biggest fan because I write about him so much. The fact of the matter is that he can't keep himself out of the news, and not for the right reasons. I was doing my daily reading of all the gay porn blogs when I cam across more Wyler drama on http://kruezeratnight.com. He did some investigative journalism on Mason's "rape" case and why no one has come to justice for it in a piece he calls "The Third Degree".

According to Damon and dallasvoice.com, the reason there has been no arrest and no conviction in the case of Mason's "rape" is because Mason has refused to cooperate in the investigation. Dallas Police Department Senior Cpl. Kevin Janse did some digging for the reporters at Dallas Voice and had this to say: "“That case was closed because the complainant is not wanting to participate in the investigation,” Janse said. “Therefore we cannot prove that any of this really occurred. He basically made a report, then decided he didn’t want to talk to the detectives or anything, so they closed it.”

This answers a lot of questions for me. We may never know if what happened to Mason really did happen or if it was a very successful PR stunt. The only person that can answer that is Mason and apparently he's being quiet.

Mason Wyler Raped

I had seen Mason's Myspace status updates the last few days having something to do with rape. I just thought it was another one of his sexual fantasy stories that he had written. Little did I know the sad truth behind those updates. I was doing my daily browsing of all the porn blogs this morning when I came across this story on my friend Dewayne's blog that was covering this. I started to read it and the post cited Mason's blog as the source. What I read there literally brought me to tears. The words and pictures on that page became too much for me to handle. I actually had to walk away for a minute before I could finish reading. Here is what happened as described by Mason in his blog:

The truth is I did get raped by a guy who claimed to be a Captain in the U.S. Army. And the truth is I did invite him into my home. He was attractive and he looked normal. I guess thats incredibly stupid of me to judge someones character based solely on appearances. But I trust people on day one until they lose it instead of making people earn my trust. We had a bit of small talk, he told me that he was gay, and that he had seen some of my work and kept up with my myspace page. In a joking manner he asked for his reward for finding my wallet and I did come on to him. I kissed him and he kissed me back. But within a few short moments things quickly turned ugly. All the sexual abuses that I listed in my faux news report truthfully happened to me.

Mason also printed that his attacker was arrested and he does plan to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. Mason took the first step in the right direction to getting justice by first reporting the crime. According to RAINN.ORG (Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network), when a rape is reported, there is a 50.8% chance of an arrest being made. If an arrest is made, there is an 80% chance that there will be prosecution. But out of those prosecutions, only 58% stand the chance of conviction. Out of those convictions, there is only a 69% chance that the accused will face any jail time. When you boil all the math down, out of the 64,080 rapes reported every year, there is only a 16.9% chance the accused will go to jail. I too have been a victim of a sexual assult. I was 14 years old when I was attacked by two seniors in my high school. I'm very fortunate that my attackers were convicted and are still in prison. My lawyers were able to not only convict them of rape, but also a hate crime. Imagine having to come out to your parents only because you were raped. But I wanted justice to be served. I can only hope the same for Mason.
