Meet Tobin our Gorgeous Boy of the Day

When Micah (photo left) told Bryan at ChaosMen.com his little brother, Tobin might be interested in doing a solo or "even more" you bet Bryan was eager to see what his little brother looked like. Upon Tobin's arrival for this shoot it was discovered that Tobin and Micah were actually just best pals as opposed to being brothers, but tell everyone they are brothers and feel a strong bond with one another.. Do we detect some "BROMANCE" - nah, Tobin declined to do a set with Micah. They say they are far to much close ... Bryan is working on a duo or perhaps a 3sum soon with the pair. Bryan tells us:
As for Tobin, he is quiet and a bit nervous. He is a little guy at 5 foot 6 or 7, but solid muscle and geez does he have a long dick on him. I think he is quite beautiful. He seems fine with doing guy-on-guy stuff since Micah is doing it, so we will see how he does getting his dick sucked next. He is hard to schedule, so it might be a while, but I am pretty sure he will be back. Perhaps an Edge video?

Steers Only Please - Criminalize The Queers In Texas

Texas Republicans are a conservative lot. Still, it's difficult to imagine mainstream GOP voters demanding their neighbors be jailed for engaging in a little hanky-panky behind closed doors. Nevertheless, the state's Republican party has voted on a platform [PDF link] by which their candidates will stand, and it includes the reinstatement of laws banning sodomy: otherwise known as oral and anal sex. The party's platform also seeks to make gay marriage a felony offense, which may be confusing to most given that the state does not sanction or recognize same sex marriages, meaning any such ceremony conducted does not bear the weight of law. Whether this means the GOP wants gay couples married in other states to be pursued through Texas as dangerous criminals, the party did not specify.
"We oppose the legalization of sodomy," the platform states. "We demand that Congress exercise its authority granted by the U.S. Constitution to withhold jurisdiction from the federal courts from cases involving sodomy."
Texas first passed an anti-sodomy law in 1860, setting the penalty at 5-15 years in jail. The ban was finally overturned in 2003 by the landmark Supreme Court decision Lawrence et al. v. Texas. The court found that two men arrested in their own home by Houston police, who charged them with engaging in sodomy, were not committing a crime. Indeed, the court said the men were "free as adults to engage in private conduct in the exercise of their liberty..." To the contrary, the Texas GOP platform goes even further in attacking homosexuals, adding:
We believe that the practice of homosexuality tears at the fabric of society, contributes to the breakdown of the family unit, and leads to the spread of dangerous, communicable diseases. Homosexual behavior is contrary to the fundamental, unchanging truths that have been ordained by God, recognized by our country’s founders, and shared by the majority of Texans. Homosexuality must not be presented as an acceptable “alternative” lifestyle in our public education and policy, nor should “family” be redefined to include homosexual “couples.” We are opposed to any granting of special legal entitlements, refuse to recognize, or grant special privileges including, but not limited to: marriage between persons of the same sex (regardless of state of origin), custody of children by homosexuals, homosexual partner insurance or retirement benefits. We oppose any criminal or civil penalties against those who oppose homosexuality out of faith, conviction, or belief in traditional values.
In addition to this, the Texas GOP seeks to end the state's lottery, which provides millions in funding to public education; restrict citizenship to children born in the United States whose parents are citizens; end federal sponsorship of pre-kindergarten schools; impose a jail sentence on any illegal immigrant in the state; shut down all day-labor centers; cut off all bilingual education after a student's fourth year in a U.S. public school; legalize corporal punishment in public schools; mandate that evolution and global warming be "taught as challengeable scientific theory"; and demand that Congress evict the United Nations from U.S. soil and end American membership in the global body. In spite of this, Texas Governor Rick Perry went out of his way to extol the virtues of Mexican-Americans and at one point even filled his convention stage with dozens of minorities, essentially using them as props to promote Republican tolerance.
"None of that stopped the convention from adopting a platform full of messages guaranteed to turn off big segments of the Latino vote," News 8 Austin noted. "Meanwhile, the shrillest of anti-illegal immigrant messages could be found in the vendor booths next door. One popular booth proudly displayed pictures of terrified Mexican women and children apparently rounded up, trying to enter the country illegally."
"Hispanics will make up 78 percent of Texas' population growth over the next 30 years, compared with only 4 percent for whites, according to demographic projections," The Houston Chronicle reported in a story examining the GOP's platform. "Minority children already make up 66 percent of the state's 4.8 million public school enrollment — and Hispanics could surpass whites in the state's overall population by 2015, estimates show. "Not one of the state's 181 legislators is a Hispanic Republican.""

Gay Jesus Play Called Blasphemous, Xtra Security Needed For Performance

Security will be increased at Tarleton State University in Texas when a play in which Jesus is portrayed as gay will be presented on Saturday. The production called "Corpus Christi" is being directed by student John Jordan Otte, who says he wants to offer a play that portrays tolerance and unconditional love. Critics say the play is blasphemous. School police Chief Justin Williams says university officers will be assisted with security by police in Stephenville, a city of 17,000 located 70 miles southwest of Fort Worth. Tarleton President F. Dominic Dottavio has said the play will be allowed because the school is committed to protecting and preserving freedom of thought, speech and expression. The Terrence McNally play premiered in New York in 1998. A promotional clip is embedded below.
News Release from Tarleton A scheduled student production that is part of an undergraduate theatre class at Tarleton State University will consist of four different one-act plays. All material is chosen, acted, produced and directed by students. It is a class assignment and not a university production. One of the plays, “Corpus Christi,” is set in modern times in Texas and depicts a gay man whose life the playwright parallels to that of Christ in an attempt to seek higher awareness of Christ’s difficulties and torments. According to theater critics and the playwright, the overall theme is about tolerance and acceptance. The university understands that the student’s selection of this particular material is offensive to some members of the Tarleton community. We value civility and always regret the use of words or actions that offend others. “Having lived in Stephenville for more than 20 years, I am very committed to this community and I take care when selecting productions,” said Mark Holtorf, associate professor of theatre at Tarleton. According to Holtorf, “The performance of “Corpus Christi” is being done in an advanced directing class. It is a class assignment, not a play intended for the general public. It is not part of our theatre season. The play was selected by a student, paid for by a student and will be performed by students as a part of that class. “As a faculty member, it is my role to help students consider the implications of their choices, and I have done that in this case. However, it is not my role to censor the students’ selections of material for an advanced class. I must hold that freedom of artistic expression as a cornerstone of education. The First Amendment of the Constitution grants that freedom to all. If we censor one, we censor all.” Public universities are expected to provide for students, faculty and staff the same constitutional freedoms afforded the general public, particularly in such areas as freedom of thought, speech and expression. Perhaps nowhere in our society are these freedoms more debated than in the fine arts. It is the case from time to time that a public university will be the site of a particular play, a specific speech, an art exhibit or reading of a piece of literature, poetry or prose that is viewed both within and without the university as offensive to some, as art by others. Tarleton has reviewed this matter with legal counsel and confirmed that free speech is protected on the campuses of Texas public universities. “The law clearly supports the students in the exercise of their rights granted under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution,” according to The Texas A&M University System Office of General Counsel. In addition to the students’ rights, there are important academic freedom rights of the faculty involved. Tarleton State University understands that some persons may be offended by a performance, speech or other form of expression on campus. At the same time, the university as a public institution of higher learning is committed to protecting and preserving the freedoms of thought, speech and expression. STORY FROM FOX FT WORTH

Was The Murder of 24 Year Old Gay Texas Boy A Hate Crime?

Despite a man's confession that he fatally shot another man because of unwanted sexual advances, the San Antonio, Texas Police Department is not investigating the shooting as a hate crime. Police said last month's slaying of Troy Martinez Clattenburg (pictured below) — the son of Cesar E. Chavez Legacy and Educational Fund founder and President Jaime P. Martinez — lacked elements to prove a hate crime occurred. However, a police spokeswoman declined to elaborate. But Clattenburg's sister and friends argue that hate was the motive behind the Churchill High School graduate's death. Clattenburg, 24, was shot Feb. 21 inside his mother's apartment in the 1400 block of West Bitters Road. Cody Carmichael (pictured below last) was charged with murder Monday after he confessed to detectives that he shot Clattenburg because the victim made sexual advances toward him, according to an arrest warrant affidavit. Carmichael, 21, remained in Bexar County Jail on Tuesday under $100,000 bail. The affidavit states police traced the victim's last phone calls to a man who told detectives he gave Carmichael the handgun used to kill Clattenburg. Carmichael allegedly told police the sexual advances occurred when the man who supplied the handgun was with them at Clattenburg's apartment. After taking the man home, Carmichael returned to the North Side apartment and killed Clattenburg, the affidavit states. No charges have been filed against the man who provided the handgun. Clattenburg's sister Ginger, who asked to be identified by first name only, said her brother had been in Carmichael's presence once or twice before. She said her brother was warming a plate of meatloaf, macaroni and cheese, and green beans when he answered the apartment door. “It was like someone came to the door unexpectedly,” she said. “His food was still in the microwave. This was truly life interrupted.” Ruth Clattenburg, the victim's mother, said: “When Troy answered that door, he never dreamed this man would have done that.” She said the men her son was with that night “must have known” about his sexual orientation. “He didn't deserve this,” she said, wondering if Carmichael was aware she was asleep in the apartment when her son was killed. She said she heard what sounded like a gunshot around 2 a.m. Feb. 21, but she didn't think anything of it until she woke up to take her dachshund, Bailey, for a walk around 7:15 a.m. She said she saw her son's body propped up against a dryer in the hallway between his bedroom and bathroom. A single .380-caliber shell casing was found near the front door, beneath a poster of the Ten Commandments. There were no signs of forced entry, police said. “I said, ‘Troy, what are you doing on the floor?' and then I felt that he was cold,” she said. “I went into shock, and my heart is broken into a million pieces.” A spiritual man, Troy Martinez Clattenburg was small-framed and gentle, his sister said. “We're not buying that he was sexually aggressive,” she said. “Anyone who would do this to Troy would do this to a small child. I definitely think this was a hate crime.” The victim's father, Martinez, would not discuss his son's death Tuesday.

Meet Vic Hunt ... The Boy With A Cunt

So, let me get this straight… does Vic have a penis, a vagina, or both? Vic relates on his website that he has a vagina, which he prefers to call it his “cunt.” Vic goes on to say:
"I don’t exactly have a penis, but I have a large clit that I often call my “cock.”  I also have some very realistic contraptions that I can strap on for fun times.    It is also worth noting that even though I have female reproductive organs, they are mostly switched off because of the testosterone I take (ie, I don’t menstruate).  My testosterone levels are the same as you’d expect for any other man".
He is “pansexual,” which is a recent term meaning that you can be attracted to ALL (“pan-”) genders, instead of just TWO (“bi-”) genders. Vic is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where he participated in its undergraduate minor in the Study of Sexualities (now LGBT Studies). He plans to attend graduate school in the social sciences and help engineer future research on sexuality to further contribute to this enormous but under-researched subject area. He began teaching about sexuality in 2007, expanding what had always been educational conversations with friends into classes for special interest groups. Since then he has served as a guest speaker, panelist, and discussion leader for a variety of clubs, organizations, and colleges. Some of Vic's classes that he offers: Pup 101: Intro to Puppy Play – who? what? why? how? when? and with what? • Auto-Masochism: Recreational Self-Induced Pain – Inducing pain on oneself and indulging your own masochist – what are the problems and pleasures? • The Poor Man’s Guide to BDSM - various techniques of doing BDSM without toys and ways to make or find toys on the cheap. • Fucked-up Fantasizing – a discussion-heavy class about using fantasy to reach out and touch “the beast” and then come back to real life. • LeatherKids – What is this trend in under-35 kinky groups? This is a discussion on the benefits and problems of these groups led by someone who has closely watched and participated in the development of two of these groups in Dallas.

Uproar in Texas Over Billboards

gaybillboard1Christian Pro-Gay billboards are causing something of a major uproar in North Texas where a coalition of five local churches who are all part of the Worldwide Metropolitan Community Church have paid to spread a message of toleration. Their billboards include messages like “Jesus Said Some Are Born Gay”, and “Ruth Loved Naiomi More Than Adam Loved Eve.” The reaction among many people in North Texas is heavily negative with many demanding that the pastors of the five churches reread the Bible, of course demanding that they do so with the same exact interpretation that they are using. Of course, most of the people who are demanding this are likely using the King James Bible or later editions.
[MEDIA not found]

gaybillboard3One of the billboards states “Jesus Affirmed a Gay Couple”, and the citation for that is held in the Greek where the word ‘pais’ is the word used to indicate a same-sex partner. Greek culture, especially in ancient times, was very open to homosexuality with both historical figures like Socrates and Sappho as well as mythical figures like Apollo and Athena being linked heavily with same-sex lovers. Brent Corrigan Strips It Off And Gets Soaking Wet

brent1 The most popular boy in gay porn, SuperStar Brent Corrigan made a live appearance in Houston, Texas over this past weekend, Friday, August 28th and Saturday, August 29. Brent performed live at Meteors, located at 2306 Genesee St, Houston, Texas. Albert from nearby San Antonio drove up to Houston Friday and Saturday night and snapped some really great pics of Brent. brent2 Albert's Report If you ever get the opportunity to meet Brent Corrigan in person, you should. He is so focused on the person he is talking to. Very sharp.

Brent-and-Albert Brent And Albert (Albert Took All These Great Pics) Brent appeared at The Meteor Lounge in Houston. I went to see him and maybe snap a picture. The Meteor has a diverse crowd of middle to upper-middle class patrons. It has a pool room with two tables off to the side of the casual bar. The Casual bar is like the bar on Cheers but oval. The drag queens and sports minded tended to that area. Brent performed on the main stage in the main dance room. In front of the main stage (with the shower,) the seating area was divided into 4 square sections, each with it’s own small square dance platform. Between the main performances, nearly naked dancers, performed for the tips of the people at each of these four squares. They were all HOT boys and there was even a set of twin brothers performing together. Thanks Albert and Dewayne For The Photos! Gallery

3 Fired Over Raid On Gay Bar

gay_pride_texas_raidTexas' liquor board fired two agents and a supervisor, disciplined two other supervisors and changed several policies in the wake of a raid at a gay bar that left a customer with a serious head injury, officials announced Friday. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission said agent Christopher Aller and agent trainee Jason Chapman, who participated in the June 28 raid at the Rainbow Lounge, were fired Friday. Their supervisor, Sgt. Terry Parsons, was not at the Fort Worth bar that night but also was fired, effective Sept. 2. Aller and Chapman failed to report that they used force when arresting the customer or that he was seriously injured, according to a report on the agency's investigation released earlier this month. They also were accused of participating in the raid without their supervisor's approval, disrupting the business during the raid and wearing improper attire, the report states. Parsons failed to ensure that the agents submitted a report on using force during the arrest, did not take appropriate action after learning they didn't wear proper attire during the raid and did not notify supervisors that multiple arrests had been made that night, the report states. raid-on-eve-of-stonewall-002 The commission said Parsons' direct supervisor, Lt. Gene Anderson, would be suspended without pay for three days and be on probation for six months for his lack of monitoring the training of new agents and inadequate oversight of his employees and their activities. Also, Capt. Robert "Charlie" Cloud, who oversaw the Dallas and Fort Worth TABC offices, has received a written reprimand for not following the incident notification policy, inadequately monitoring new agents' training and inadequately supervising Fort Worth employees and their activities, the agency said. spot-the-difference In announcing the disciplinary actions Friday, the agency's chief of field operations, Joel Moreno, said he was confident that Anderson and Cloud could make the necessary improvements.
"The first step is by working more closely with their employees, mentoring them and serving as positive role models by exemplifying the agency's four cornerstones: service, courtesy, integrity, and accountability," Moreno said in a statement. "It is essential that every employee understands our core value: We do the right thing, not what we have the right to do."
TABC Administrator Alan Steen, who will make the final decision on any appeals, was not available to comment Friday, agency spokeswoman Carolyn Beck said. The five may protest their disciplinary actions by submitting a written grievance in the next 10 working days. Aller, who had worked for the agency for five years, and Chapman, who was hired in April, had been on desk duty during the investigation. Parsons had planned to retire Sept. 2 after completing 20 years with the agency but had been using vacation time. Another sergeant will be transferred from the Fort Worth to the Dallas office next week "for the betterment of the agency and to create change in the office," but that is not considered disciplinary action, Beck said. Aller and Chapman accompanied six Fort Worth police officers on a raid of the Rainbow Lounge in what police initially billed as a routine liquor license inspection for a new business. Six people were arrested for public intoxication, and one patron, Chad Gibson, was hospitalized with a severe head injury he suffered while in the agents' custody, the agency and police have said. Gibson was hospitalized for a week but has said he has a blood clot behind his right eye. Since the raid, the agency has changed several policies — including how it uses force in certain situations — and is shortening agents' shifts, increasing cultural diversity training and reviewing the agent trainee field training program, Moreno said. Many of those changes were in the works before the raid, Beck said.
"Most of these were not as a direct result of this incident, but we hope they will prevent a similar incident from happening," he said Friday.
A report addressing whether the agents' use of force was appropriate during the raid is expected to be released in September. Associated Press Reporting
